Kim Kardashian Doubles Wedding Gift $$ for Charity!

Hey.. The whole wedding may have been a joke, but if this is the punch line.. It sure is a charitable one!

Kim Kardashian is keeping the blender and the gravy boat, but she's donating twice what she snagged in wedding gifts to a really good charity ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained a letter -- sent to every guest at the Kim K/Kris Humphries wedding. Kim says, "I would like to thank you for your generous and thoughtful wedding gift. It has taken me some time to pull everything together but I wanted to let you know that the money for every gift received by me at my wedding has been donated to the Dream Foundation ..."

Sources tell us ... Kim estimates the total cash value of the all the gifts to be around $100k, but she's cut a check for twice that amount to the Dream Foundation.

Bottom line -- the Dream Foundation gets a lot of cash, and Kim can still make a mean margarita.

The Spoons: Man Behind: Both lie on your sides and he faces her back.

The likely meaning is that you two have deep affection, he's protective of her and possibly quite traditional. But do think about the implication if you only sleep in this position and sex has gone off the boil as it might reflect things becoming too platonic.

Beware unless, as above, you have medical/physical issues that mean you need your space, this signals intimacy is breaking down. You two may well be too independent of each other and beginning to lead parallel lives that never touch. If independence suits you both there's nothing wrong with that as long as there is some affection between you. Make sure you don't use this position to shut each other out.

The Starfish: One sprawls in bed, the other faces away, clinging to the bed edge.

This is a clear indicator that the sprawler dominates the relationship. They might also be selfish and unaware - or uncaring - of their partner's needs. If you're feeling pushed out physically like this and emotionally it's key to start asserting yourself during the day. And things might become more equitable at night in bed."

Zac Efron says he now has a policy to check his pockets before hitting the red carpet.

On Thursday, “The Lorax” star stopped by NBC’s the “Today” show and admitted to recently dropping a condom while walking the carpet for his latest animated movie.

“Take me through what happened,” Matt Lauer asked the 24-year-old actor.

“I don’t want to take you through it,” he said with a laugh.

“You dropped something on the red carpet,” Matt persisted.

“I did, I did,” Zac said. “I never really had a pocket-checking policy when I was going on the red carpet before, but now we’ve fully instated one.”

“You dropped a condom?” Matt asked.

“Yeah,” Zac told Matt.

“Better to be safe than sorry,” Matt told the star.

“That’s a great message,” the actor added. “To add to the many messages in the film.”

The latest version of a travel brochure released by the Canadian government has sparked some controversy among those who have no interest in lying about their marital status. The "greater obstacles" faced by women travelling alone, especially in relation to cultural and religious beliefs, could require donning a wedding band, whether it's real or fake.

"Her Own Way: A Women's Safe Travel Guide" was first published by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada in 2000, and outlines female-specific tips for travelling. Its advice includes coping with sexual harassment and ways to find safe accommodation, "one of a woman traveller's primary goals."

But as OpenFile Toronto reported earlier this week, the 2011 version -- the third reprinting of the brochure -- includes information about travelling that can also mean changing your relationship. "Wear a (fake) wedding ring," it reads. "Also carry a photo of your husband (or an imaginary one), which you can show to persistent suitors. Being seen as married will lower your profile and stave off uninvited advances."

"The suggested strategy to 'wear a (fake) wedding ring' was first included in the most recent edition of the guide, following extensive consultations with dozens of experienced women travellers, missions abroad, consular case management officers and travel experts," explained Foreigns Affairs spokesperson Jean-Bruno Villeneuve told the Huffington Post Canada in an email. He went on to say that the advice was situation-specific, rather than country-specific.

Estelle Releases New Album

NEW YORK — Estelle said she left the United Kingdom to pursue her career in America because performing R&B music back home was too tough.

"It's so (expletive) hard for British artists to be taken seriously as R&B artists," she said.
"It's frustrating," continued Estelle, who now lives in the United States. "I get a lot of (people saying), `Yo Estelle, I can't sing R&B and be out here and make money. This is crazy.' And I'm looking at them like, `I know. That's why I'm not there doing it.'"

Estelle's sound is a mix of rap, R&B, reggae and pop. She says British R&B singers have trouble performing R&B "because No. 1, you're not American."
But R&B music in Europe isn't quite the same as in America. Europe's R&B charts will feature pop acts like Jason Derulo and Flo Rida, whose songs don't appear on the U.S. R&B chart.
"The kids in the (U.K.) hood still know what R&B music is. They still know what real (R&B) is," she said.

Estelle released her debut, "The 18th Day," in Europe in 2004, but she made her real splash on the music scene in 2008 with the monster hit "American Boy," which won her a Grammy Award. The song featured Kanye West and is from her U.S. debut, "Shine," released on John Legend's label imprint, Home School Records.

This week, the 32-year-old is releasing her new album, "All of Me." It features collaborations with Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Rick Ross, Nas, Ne-Yo and Janelle Monae.
Estelle says though some people wanted her to rush out new material following the success of "American Boy," she decided to take time to write and record quality songs.
